| FRITO-LAY INC.
Dear Kali-Kate,
On behalf of the Central Division of Frito-Lay’s Direct Division, I wanted to thank you for your warm hospitality the evening of our recent event. Actually, I use the word “warm” with tongue firmly in cheek. For while your staff were gracious and attentive beyond what we could possibly have expected, the lovely pavilion and the near silent ceiling fans provided a steady and welcome breeze, and even my Minnesotans never made a peep about the Texas heat!
There are times in the career of every meeting planner when you are quite certain that some higher power than yours is looking out for your career and whoever or whatever that is led us to you. Food, beverage, disc jockeys, dancing instruction, staff, and wagon rides -- even big screen TVs so that no one needed to miss the first night of the Stanley Cup -- were as promised and the evening was perfection.
As far as I am concerned, the hospitality industry is built on the premise that a guest is treated just a little bit better than your wealthy grandfather who has no other heirs. We left Kali-Kate’s feeling just that good.
I hope to have the opportunity to bring another group out to see you at the Lodge in the near future. Thanks again.
Patty Marriott, Corporate Meeting Planner
